71% of mothers suffer from mental load according to a P&G study.
Does it sound familiar when you're on your way to work, and your mind is buzzing with activity?
"I need to write an email to the school to let them know that tomorrow she'll be late because she has a doctor's appointment;
"then I need to pick up Ane's gift for the birthday party on Saturday;
"there's no milk or eggs left, so I'll have to stop by the supermarket before going home…"
I've written down the first three that came to mind, but I could write thousands of examples.
It happens to me constantly; it's those little invisible things that make you feel exhausted, leading to chronic stress, frustration, overwhelm, tiredness, the feeling that nothing is perfect…
And if you think about it, nothing really happens if there are no eggs in the fridge -_you can have something else for dinner…
However, it's not that easy because many times women have the feeling that "if we don't do it, no one else will."
And all this mental load is exhausting... and we need to learn to stop for the sake of our health.
So, to free ourselves from it, first, we must realize that we're in this situation and take action.
Here are some ideas that might help you:
- Optimize the organization of activities and set realistic goals.
-
Share tasks and delegate. It's no big deal for dads to go buy a birthday gift...
-
Avoid striving for perfection in everything. I've already decided that I don't want to be a superwoman...
- And the last one, which I must not forget: start making our little Heroes responsible for their activities and leisure. When kids learn to manage their personal items, such as their school supplies or toys, they gain a sense of accountability and independence.
By encouraging them to care for their things, we help build their confidence and prepare them for future responsibilities, laying a strong foundation for their growth and success.
That's why we've created a personalized wall calendar with super cute stickers that they’ll love because their faces are printed on each page of the calendar.
And it has over 100 stickers that they can stick on the calendar to organize their extracurricular activities, play dates, and remember their classmates' birthday parties...
And I have to say, it’s helping me because now they remind me of their play dates...because I don't know about you, but my little Heroes have more social life than I do!

P.S. And if you like it, it's very easy to get one. Go to the website, upload a photo of your little heroes facing forward, pay, and within a maximum of 7 days, you'll receive it at your home.
Good luck with the back-to-school season, my Hero Moms! 😊
